After
your questions have been answered and you’re ready to
make a reservation, we will collect your contact
information and credit card information from a phone
call or our automated reservation process.
Use
of our automated reservation process reserves your
request in the queue. We will not process any payment
information until we confirm that the unit is available
and after we have spoken with you directly. A
deposit of 50% of the rental is required to reserve
the dates with complete payment needed either:
30 days before arrival for villas
60 days before arrival for homes
The
complete deposit is needed within 7 days after
reservation to secure your booking. We accept check,
credit card or money order payments in US funds.
Please help us minimize credit card charges. For
rental where the total is greater than $1,500 we will
charge a maximum of $500 to your credit card with the
balance of the deposit is needed within 7 days after

We can,
if you prefer, charge the entire amount to your card
just let us know.
